A UK solicitor should review them. They must name who runs BiniHub, the age rules, how embedded videos work, the creator's promises about rights, takedown, the Online Safety Act 2023 duties and governing law (England and Wales).

BiniHub is a discovery site for creators. Creators add links to their own videos on YouTube, Vimeo, Rumble, Dailymotion, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram; BiniHub shows them through each platform's official player and never copies or downloads them. Adult content is not allowed.
