[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] A UK GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018 notice must name the controller (company + ICO registration number), what is collected, why and on what lawful basis, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, cookies (PECR) and people's rights, including complaining to the ICO.

What BiniHub keeps today: your account (username, email, hashed password), the profile you fill in, your channel and videos, your settings, and the IP address you signed up from (deleted after 90 days). BiniHub views are counted with one-way hashes, never raw IP addresses. Embedded players are run by the platforms themselves (YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode is used), and they may set their own cookies when you press play.

You can download your data or delete your account at any time in Settings > Your data.
